The Business Opportunity Center (BOC) opened in March
2002 and
was created to meet the business information needs of the community.
It was made possible by the generous efforts of the
New Rochelle Library
Foundation.
It is intended to serve:
* Small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Our information sources lend support to your business efforts.
* Those seeking employment opportunities, including new immigrants,
people returning to the workforce, and young professionals.
Our
